With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ruth Linn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. She started her career in 1985 as a residential real estate appraiser in Marin County, California, where she appraised over $200 million worth of real estate while working with Cal Fed Bank and as an independent appraiser. After relocating to the East Coast, Ruth transitioned to real estate sales in New Jersey and later returned to Marin County to expand her business. Throughout her career, she has been a part of over $400 million in closed residential real estate transactions, including single-family homes, multi-unit properties, rural and land developments, as well as commercial and residential new developments.

Ruth's extensive skill set enables her to assist and prepare clients for every aspect of a real estate transaction. She is known for her high level of integrity and her unwavering focus on the needs of her clients. Having lived in various beautiful places, including the Bay Area, New Jersey, Tucson, Toronto, Canada, and New York City, Ruth has a personal understanding of the buying, selling, and moving process, making her a valuable asset to her clients.

Ruth has called Marin County her home since 1982, where she raised her two sons and established herself as a knowledgeable real estate professional with a passion for creativity. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, hiking, and watching her grandsons participate in motocross events.
